Novum Hotel Kavalier - Vienna

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and spacious, and I loved the different table surfaces, including a coffee table, makeup table, and working desk. The bathtub was a good size, and despite the room facing the train lines, it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area, within walking distance to a tram stop and just a short distance away from Schönbrunn Palace. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was of a high standard with a good variety.

The hotel was conveniently located being a stone's throw from the railway station and easily accessible to the center of the city. the hotel was situated in a quiet area which was perfect for a good night's sleep. the room was clean with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was underwhelming and lacked variety compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel wasnice and neat, with spacious rooms and a friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and attractions like Schönbrunn Palace.

Nothing that I didn't like.

It was as I expected: a standard medium-high class hotel. Not central location, but good parking possibility around the hotel

nothing so bad, just the railway was close to the hotel (on one side) and it was possible to hear some trains....but we were too tired and we just slept as stones! Confortable beds....

The room is spacious. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is generally clean.

Wireless is not free (10Euro/hour or 70Euro/day). I think overall the price (about 150Euro) is too high for this hotel. The location is somewhat far from the city center. You need to take Tram #85 which takes about 20minutes to Westbahnhof metro station.

Hotel is adjacent to railroad tracks, so you hear the trains passing by. Misunderstood ad herein, stating WLAN For free. Turned out Only true for the lobby. From the room 12 Eur/ day.

In this hotel not the order, but the receptionist has the main word. The most important receptionist (I’m sorry I haven’t written her name) Don’t trust this hotel if you were going in Vienna by car. The treatment on the reception desk is reseved and almost cold You are not a customer ot a guest – but only credit card (the only thing they are interested in) They may do you down and moved your car away If you don’t ask – they won’t inform you and when you asked – they won’t told you and shouw you clearly where to park They gave you – Parkkarte with text that you are guest of the hotel and you are told to put it on the front window of your car. They left you with the impression that the question with parking is arranged and that you owing the mentioned 14 eur per day My car remain 20 hours and no one from the employee in the hotel warn me that I might have problems And I had problems – on amount of 199 eur, after my car was repatrrated.
